We back up our promises with one of the industry’s strongest guarantees for voice service performance and reliability. If our voice services are not performing in accordance with our service level commitments, you are entitled to receive a credit on your invoice.

Our guarantee is simple: Give us a fair trial. Stay with us for three months. If, at the end of that time, you are not completely satisfied with your BullsEye Telecom service, we will pay to return your services back to your original carrier. It’s as simple as that. And, if at any time our services are not performing in accordance with our service level commitments, you are entitled to receive credits on your invoice in accordance with our industry-leading Service Level Agreement.

¹ Customer must stay with BullsEye Telecom for three full billing cycles, not including any partial billing period at the beginning of the account, in order to qualify for service switchback to be paid for by BullsEye Telecom.
